班主任是班级管理的组织者、实施者,如何发挥班主任在班级管理中的凝聚力、向心力,是班主任工作的重要内容。本文将通过真实的案例分析,浅谈班主任工作中的严慈之度与推动班风建设、班级文化建设的内在联系。
The head teacher is the organizer and implementer of class management, so how to realize the head teacher's role in u- niting the class is an important work in class management. By analyzing real cases, this paper briefly discusses the relationship between the balance of severity and leniency and class atmo- sphere and culture construction.
