摘要
本文从EIM的课程教学实践提出一方面需要从课程体系设置方面加强学生的专业认知度,另一方面更需要教师在专业课程教学上从微观着手,使学生在专业课程学习的过程中更清楚地了解专业背景、就业方向以及实践技能。以就业需求为导向,对信管专业人才培养定位进行研究,有助于解决专业人才培养与社会需求的衔接问题。
In view of the teaching practice of ElM course, this pa- per proposes that its curriculum system should enhance students' professional recognition. Besides, teachers for the course should start from microscopic aspect to help students clearly learn about their professional background, employment directions and prac- tice skills in the learning of professional courses. Oriented by employment requirements, the writer studies the orientation of professional talent cultivation in information management major, hoping to make talent cultivation meet social needs.
