公安院校教育训练中案例教学法应用探析

Exploration on the Application of Case-based Teaching Approach to Police College Education and Training

随着警察职业教育训练工作的探索与发展,案例教学法在公安教育培训教学中的重要性已经越来越受到重视。警务实战化条件下,推进实战化教育训练改革、着力提高民警的执法素养和实战本领是公安教育培训中急需解决的问题。公安院校教育培训要适应当前警务实战化要求,必须推动案例教学法研究探索,抓好案例的选编收集、研读分析、归纳总结,使案例教学法成为提高学员实战能力的有效途径。

With the exploration and development of police voca- tional education and training, case-based teaching approach has been attached to more and more importance in police education and training. Under the background of combat-oriented police affairs, it is imperative to promote combat-oriented education and training reform, improve police officers＇ quality of law enforce- ment and skills of combat. In police college education and train- ing, to meet the needs of the current combat-oriented police af- fairs, we should promote the research and exploration of case-based teaching approach, effectively collect, analyze and summarize cases, so as to make case-based teaching approach an effective way to improve students＇ ability of combat.
