中职教师课堂教学能力的SWOT分析——以江西省A职学校为例 被引量:1

摘要 课堂是中职学校教学的重要场所之一,相对于实训场地教学,课堂教学质量直接关系中职生对基础理论技能掌握的情况。当前中职学校课堂教学质量不高,中职专业教师的课堂教学能力亟待提高。以江西省A职学校为例,运用SWOT分析方法对该校专业教师课堂教学能力存在的问题进行内部因素和外部因素分析,并提出有针对性的对策和建议。 Classroom teaching is one of the important places in secondary vocational schools. Relative to the teaching in the training field, the quality of classroom teaching is directly related to the mastery of basic vocational skills. The current quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools is not high, and secondary vocational teachers' classroom teaching ability needs to be improved. Taking A Vocational School in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper analyzes the internal and ex- ternal factors on the problems of classroom teaching ability of professional teachers in this school by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
