摘要
餐饮团购是近几年餐饮业新兴的一种营销模式,以其便捷化时尚化超低折扣等优势迅速发展起来,受到越来越多的消费者青睐。本文通过对团购模式的可行性的分析来探索餐饮企业营销方式的转型方向,文章概括归纳了餐饮团购的特点,研究分析了餐饮团购出现的问题,探讨了餐饮团购发展趋势,以研究餐饮与团购的良好结合,促进餐饮行业的健康快速发展。
catering group buying is catering industry of a new marketing mode in recent years, with its convenient ultra-lowdiscount advantages developed rapidly, the fashion is more and more consumers. This article through the analysis of the feasibilityof the group-buying model to explore the transformation direction of marketing mode of catering enterprises, the articlesummarizes the characteristics of catering group buying, studied and analyzed the catering group buying problems, discusses thetrend of the development of food and beverage group, to study food good combination with group purchase, promote the healthyand rapid development of catering industry.
