中小学教师主体性研究转化中注意的问题

摘要 现代教学理念倡导终身学习,教师这个特殊的职业更应该时刻学习,多做研究。但在实践过程中,一些中小学教师研究等同于专职教育科研工作者的研究,这背离了新课改的本义,也背离了中小学教师研究的本义,本文从教师研究的课题来源、教师研究的价值取向、教师研究的实施方式、教师研究的成果展示形式、教师研究的鉴定标准这五个方面论述了中小学教师主体性研究转化要注意的问题。 the modern teaching idea of lifelong learning, the teachers in this special career should be more time tostudy, do research. But in practice, some teachers of middle and primary schools of equivalent to full-time educationresearch study,which deviates from the original meaning of the new curriculum reform, but also deviates from the originalmeaning of the primary and secondary school teachers,this article from the teacher research topic source, research on teachers valueorientation, teachers research implementation ways, teachers' research achievements the form of exhibition, studies onteacher appraisal standard of these five aspects of primary and secondary school teachers subjective studytransformation should payattention to the problem.
