人们总是崇仰先进文化,摈弃落后文化。党组织文化是一种人本文化、职业文化、管理文化和政党文化,主要发挥着思想引领、价值传承、制度支撑、行为规范和环境依托等作用;党组织文化作为一种先进文化,既蕴含在我党的优良传统、作风和品质里,又体现在与时俱进的时代内涵、理念和要求中,具有强大的思想导向、精神凝聚、创新引领、资源整合、行为规范、情操陶冶和品格砥砺的重要意义;党组织文化建设必须在学习的、阳光的、包容的、和谐的和有为的文化生态下进行,并推动其生态化过程。

People always respect the advanced culture and abandon the backward culture. The organization culture of CPC is a combination of humanistic culture, professional culture, management culture and the culture of political party. It mainly includes the cultural contents of CPC organizations which play the functions of ideological guidance, value inheritance, institutions underpinning, behavior regularization and environment dependence. CPC organization cuhure is, in essence, a kind of advanced culture containing the fine traditions, style of work and quality. It is also reflected in its age meaning, philosophy and requirements that always change with the times and has it significance in terms of ideological orientation, spirit condensation,innovation leading, resources integration, behavior manipulation, sentiment edification and character tempering. The cultural construction of CPC organizations should be oriented towards a study-based, upbeat, inclusive, harmonious and promising cultural ecology and be process-driven.
