On Thomas Hobbes' Theory of Political Justice and Decision-making Participation of NGOs

对托马斯·霍布斯自然状态、正义理论、社会团体等政治哲学观进行了统一分析,并指出其对推进当今中国国家治理现代化改革进程中决策正义的参考价值。同时,特别关注了非政府组织在推动国家治理现代化过程中公共决策理性利益表达的优势,提供了对该议题进行考察的新视角。

This paper provided a unified analysis upon Thomas Hobbes＇ conceptualization of the state of nature, the theory of justice, and the notion of social group. In view of this, the paper pointed out Hobbes＇ theoretical contribution to decision-making justice in the modernization process of governance in contemporary China. Besides, this paper laid a focus on the competitiveness of NGOs in the promotion of rational interest articulation in the same process, and offered a new orosoective for the further exnloration on this issue.
