摘要
在构建新型农民学院绩效评价体系的研究中,发现基于机制创新的绩效评价需要处理4对关系,落实3项核心内容进行价值取向的控制,并从评审者"多元呈现"的组织层次构思和评价方法"优势互补"的组合构思这两方面创新评价体系。
In the research of constructing the performance evaluation system of new farmer's institute, we perceive that the performance evaluation based on mechanism innovation needs to deal with four pairs of links. Furthermore, we have to implement the three core issues which control the value orientation and invent evaluation system from the combination of the design of the "multiple presentation and complementary" organization level of the reviewer and evaluation method.
