摘要 肺泡Ⅱ型细胞表面抗原-6（krebs von den lungen-6，KL-6）是日本学者Kohno等人1985年研究肺腺癌时发现并命名的，属于肺细胞抗原的第9族，类属于黏液素MUC1家族，为相对分子量接近200000道尔顿的大分子糖蛋白抗原物质。主要由Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞、呼吸性支气管上皮细胞、
