摘要
目的 分析早期胃癌患者血清和肿瘤组织中白细胞介素1(IL-1)和IL-6表达水平的临床意义。 方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月在成都军区总医院住院的早期胃癌 患者(40例,胃癌组)、胃溃疡患者(20例,胃溃疡组)作为研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者20名作为正常对照组,检测受试者血液和胃癌组织、癌旁组织、胃溃疡组和正常对 照组胃黏膜组织中IL-1、IL-6的水平,分析IL-1、IL-6水平与早期胃癌临床病理特征的相关性。 结果 胃癌组血清IL-1、IL-6水平高于胃溃疡组和正常对照组[IL-1:(1.451 ±0.032)μg/L比(1.090±0.024)、(0.030±0.010)μg/L,IL-6:(1.593±0.084)μg/L比(1.076±0.029)、(0.027±0.011)μg/L],且胃溃疡组高于正常对照组,差 异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05) ;胃癌组织中IL-1阳性率高达80.0%(32/40),IL-6阳性率高达75.0%(30/40),高于胃溃疡组的30.0%(6/20)和20.0%(4/20),差异均有统计 学意义(均P<0.05); IL-1、IL-6水平与胃癌的临床分期、分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05) 。 结论 早期胃癌患者血清及胃癌组织中IL-1、IL-6高度表达, 二者水平与分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期以及有无淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To analyze the clinical significances of interleukin-1(IL-1) and IL-6 in serum and tumor tissue in early gastric cancer patients. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in Chengdu Military General Hospital, 40 cases of early gastric cancer(gastric cancer group) and 20 cases of gastric ulcer(gastric ulcer group) were enrolled; 20 healthy people were selected as control group. Levels of IL-1, IL-6 in blood, gastric cancer tissue, adjacent tissue and gastric mucosa tissue were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Relation between interleukin level and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results Serum levels of IL-1, IL-6 in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in gastric ulcer group and control group[IL-1:(1.451±0.032)μg/L vs (1.090±0.024),(0.030±0.010)μg/L; IL-6:(1.593±0.084)μg/L vs (1.076±0.029),(0.027±0.011)μg/L]; IL-1, IL-6 in gastric ulcer group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P〈0.05). In gastric cancer group, positive expression rates of IL-1 and IL-6 were 80.0%(32/40) and 75.0%(30/40), which were significantly higher than those in gastric ulcer group[30.0%(6/20) and 20.0%(4/20)](P 〈0.05). Levels of IL-1 and IL-6 were related to differentiation degree, clinical stage, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of gantric cancer(P〈0.05 ). Conclusion IL-1 and IL-6 are highly expressed in serum and cancer tissue in patients with early gastric cancer; levels of IL-1 and IL-6 are related to differentiation degree, clinical stage, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.
