供给侧结构性改革的文献评述

Supply Side Reforms:A Literature Review

供给侧结构性改革是适应和引领经济发展的重大创新和必要举措,正确理解供给侧结构性改革,不仅具有重大的理论意义,同时具有重要的实际指导价值。文章梳理了近些年来与供给侧结构性改革相关的研究,从供给侧结构性改革的必要性、内涵、目标与任务、其他国家经验、具体政策以及供给侧结构性改革中出现的误区等六个方面对现有研究进行归纳整理。现有研究中存在重供给侧分析轻结构性分析,鲜有计量数理分析,对于具体省市、具体行业的改革政策讨论的较少等问题,这是进一步研究的方向。

Supply--side structural reform, which was put forward by the central ecoIIUllltt- is the major innovation and necessary measure to adapt and lead economic development. A correct understanding of supply--side structural reform, not only has vital theoretical significance, but also has important practical guidance value. This paper reviews the research related to supply--side structural reforms in recent years. This paper collates and analyzes the existing research from six aspects as follows： the necessity, the content, objectives and task, experience in other countries, specific policies, as well as the misun-derstanding of supply--side in the structural reform. In addition, the existing studies are summarized and reviewed in this paper.
