水库与堤防专题地理信息数据库建设

Construction of thematic geographic information database of reservoir and dike

针对水库和堤防具有防洪、蓄水、灌溉、供水、调节生态平衡等多项功能,关系到人民生命财产安全,目前多数中小型水库的信息化系统建设仍相对落后的问题。该文探讨利用已有基础地理信息数据和地理国情普查数据,结合水利部门专题数据,开展水库堤防地理信息的采集、建库方法研究,并以江西省为试验区域,建立了全省统一、权威的水库与堤防专题地理信息数据库。从而为防汛工程专题地理信息系统提供数据支持,为"数字水利""智慧水利"的建设搭建地理空间框架。

As the important water conservancy and flood control projects,reservoir and dike have many functions,such as flood control,water storage,irrigation,water supply,adjustment of ecological balance,etc..They are related to people＇s life and property safety.This paper discusses the method of reservoir and dike geographic information collection and database construction,using the existing data of basic geographic information and geographical conditions census,combined with thematic data of water conservancy department.It takes Jiangxi Province as test area,and sets up the thematic geographic information database of reservoir and dike with province＇s unity and authority.So as to provide data support for thematic geographic information system of flood control engineering,and build a good geographical space framework for the construction of＂digital water conservancy＂and＂smart water conservancy＂.
