FDI与城乡收入差距——基于交通基础设施视角的分析

FDI and Urban- rural Residential Income Gap——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Transportation Infrastructure

文章基于2006~2013年中国31个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,通过全样本和分地区回归估计考察了外商直接投资和交通基础设施以及外商直接投资与交通基础设施的交互效应对中国城乡居民收入差距的影响。结果显示:外商直接投资加剧了城乡收入分配的不均等,交通基础设施则对城乡收入差距具有改善作用,同时,交通基础设施会强化外商直接投资对城乡收入差距的扩大效应。此外,西部地区外商直接投资和交通基础设施以及外商直接投资与交通基础设施的交互效应对城乡收入差距的影响最大,中部地区次之,东部地区最小。

Based on the panel data of China＇s 31 provinces （cities and autonomous regions） from 2006 to 2013, this paper examines the influence of FDI, transportation infrastructure and their interaction effect on urban - rural residential income gap in China through the full sample and regional regression estimation. The results show that FDI aggravated the inequality of urban - rural income distribution, transportation infrastructure has an improvement effect on the income gap be- tween urban and rural areas, and meanwhile, traffic infrastructure will strengthen the magnifica- tion effect of FDI on urban - rural residential income gap. Besides, the influential effects of FDI, transportation infrastructure and their interaction effect in the western region is the greatest, fol- lowed by central region, and the effect in eastern regions are the smallest.
