摘要
本研究通过实验室自建的操作规程,用超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测鸡蛋中金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺的残留量。方法检测线为0.5ug/kg,定量限为1ug/kg。回收率为65%~118%。应用本方法对来自6个养殖户的的12批鸡蛋样品进行了检测,结果在其中1个养殖户的2批样品中检出金刚烷胺。检测结果表明,金刚烷胺虽为禁用物质,但在目前尚无替代抗病毒产品的情况下,违规应用现象仍然存在。这也是辖区内首次在鸡蛋中检出抗病毒物质。
In this study,amantadine and rimantadine residues in eggs were detected by ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry that was laboratory self-built operational procedure.Its method line was 0.5ug/kg,quantitative limit was 1ug/kg.Recovery is 65% ~ 118%.Application of this method,12 batches of eggs were tested,which were from six farmers.Two batchs of samples from one of the farmers were detected amantadine.The results showed that there is still a breeding in use although amantadine is banned substances,in the case without alternative antiviral products.The positive result is the first time in recent years.
