摘要
基于系统论视角,综合考虑科学性和可操作性,本文提出中小学教师"国培计划"实效性评价"3主题-8内容-23指标"的三级结构体系和综合评价模型。运用随机抽样调查方法,以太原市万柏林区实验小学参加培训教师为研究对象,开展实证研究。结果表明:小学教师对于"国培计划"实效性的总体评价较好;"国培计划"实效性评价存在职称和教龄差异;未来宜重视高职称和长教龄教师的学习反馈机制建设。
Based on the system theory, this paper put forward the three-tier architecture namely "3themes-8contents-23indica- tots" and comprehensive evaluation model of "National Training Plan". Taking the training teachers of Experimental Primary School of Wanbailin District as research object, the empirical research was carried out using random sampling methods. The results showed that the effectiveness appraisal of "National Training Plan" in primary school was better and there were differ- ences in professional titles and seniority. In the future, the feedback mechanism construction for teachers with high profession- al titles and seniority should be emphasized.
