摘要
从煤矿安全生产管理的工程技术人员角度出发展开研究,分析煤矿安全生产管理中工程技术人员重要性,在肯定其积极作用的同时,提出有效的保障措施。
From the point of the engineering and technical personnel in safety production management in coal mines, this paper analyzed the importance of the engineering and technical personnel in safety production management, and put forward effective measures of guarantee while affirming its positive role.
