摘要
针对煤粉工业锅炉的主流污染控制技术及其项目应用效果进行分析,参照电站锅炉烟气净化布置工艺及小型湿式电除尘器在中国的应用情况,提出一种煤粉工业锅炉超低排放技术工艺。该工艺在可以实现烟尘、SO2、NOx超低排放,对烟气中复合污染物进行有效控制,适合在中国大面积推广。
This paper analyzed the technology of controlling main pollution and the effect of its application of the industrial pulverized coal boiler. According to the flue gas purification technology of the boiler in power station and the application of the small-type of wet electrostatic precipitator, an ultra low emission technology of pulverized coal industrial boiler was put forward. This process can realized the ultra low emission of dust, SO2 and NOx and can effectively controll the compound pollutants in the flue gas which is suitable for widely promotion in China.
