摘要
数控火焰切割技术在生产过程中会遇到火灾、烫伤、电击、高温、有毒有害气体导致的中毒和窒息等危险因素,运用安全风险评估方法对数控火焰切割技术从切割机技术指标、切割机性能、切割技术参数、管理水平四个方面进行风险评估,为之后的安全生产提供理论依据。
Risk factors including fire, scald, electric shock, poisoning and asphyxia caused by toxic or harmful gases often take place in the adoption of the numerical control flame cutting technology in production. By using the method of safety risk assessment, risk assessment was carried out in these four aspects of cutting technology indicators, performance of cutting machine, cutting parameters and management in this paper so as to provide theoretical basis for safety production in future.
