摘要
根据预警理论和卫生筹资理论,从充足、公平、效率、可持续四个方面提出卫生筹资系统的警情分析维度,并确定相应的警源,进而提出基于中国国情的卫生总费用监测预警模型体系与方法。
According to the theories of early warning and health financing, the paper puts forward the analysis dimensions of warning condition from adequacy, fairness, efficiency and sustainability four aspects; determines the corresponding source of warning and then proposes the monitoring and forecasting system of total health expenditure based on the Chinese context.
