盐酸舍曲林片在溃疡性结肠炎伴抑郁治疗中的应用效果及价值

Sertraline hydrochloride tablets with the application effect in the treatment of depression in patients with ulcerative colitis and value

目的研究盐酸舍曲林片联合美沙拉秦治疗溃疡性结肠炎伴抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法选取溃疡性结肠炎患者118例,所有患者用抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分为53~70分,根据患者入院时间先后分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组患者仅给予口服美沙拉秦治疗,观察组患者在此基础上结合盐酸舍曲林片治疗,比较2组患者临床治疗疗效和不良反应发生率,同时比较2组患者抑郁改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者SDS评分和UCAI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗溃疡性结肠炎伴抑郁患者不仅可提高临床疗效,同时可显著改善患者的抑郁情绪,不良反应发生较少,治疗安全性高,是一种高效治疗方案,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To study of sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with beauty mesalazine treatment of ulcerative colitis with depression in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods 118 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected,all patients with depression self- rating scale（ SDS） score in 53 ~ 70. According to the time of admission patients were divided into control group and observation group（ n = 59）,control group were only given the beauty of oral mesalazine treatment,observation group patients on the basis of the combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment. The clinical curative effect and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared in two groups and the improvement of depression was compared between two groups. Results The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the SDS score and UCAI score in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,adverse reaction rate had no significant difference in two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in treatment of ulcerative colitis in patients with depression can not only improve the clinical treatment effect and also significantly improve depression in patients,and adverse reactions are less,so it is an efficient treatment and is worth in clinical promotion.
