摘要 目的分析正常胎儿卵圆孔及卵圆孔瓣各项参数的超声特征,探讨不同妊娠时期与卵圆孔径及卵圆孔瓣长度的相关性。方法随机选择500例不同孕周的正常胎儿,对其卵圆孔结构进行超声特征和血流动力学特征分析。结果卵圆孔瓣形态根据超声表现可分为弧形、平直形、双瓣形,卵圆孔处的血流方向主要是右向左型及双向型分流,卵圆孔径与卵圆孔瓣的长度随着孕周的增大而增加。结论通过超声监测胎儿卵圆孔的结构特征,其方法简单易学,可作为评价胎儿心脏发育的一项指标。 Objective To analyze normal fetus sonographic features and various parameters of patent foramen and patent foramen valve,and to explore the correlation between gestational age and patent foramen length. Methods 500 cases with normal fetuses of different gestational age were randomly chosen,sonographic features of patent foramen and hemodynamic characteristics were analyzed.Results Patent foramen disc shape was divided into arc,flat,double disc shape according to the sonographic findings; Patent foramen in the direction of blood flow with right to left and two- way; Egg circular aperture and the length of the patent foramen disc increases with the increase of gestational age. Conclusion The fetal structural features of patent foramen can be used as an indicator of evaluation of fetal heart development.
