摘要
目的研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)及口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)、表皮生长因子(EGF)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测口腔黏膜组织中NF-κB p65、EGF与EGFR的表达,包括20例正常口腔黏膜(NOM)组织,20例OLP组织,20例OSCC组织。结果 NF-κB p65在NOM、OLP、OSCC的表达率分别为10%、65%、75%,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EGF在NOM、OLP、OSCC中的表达率为25%、45%、65%,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EGFR在NOM、OLP、OSCC的表达为20%、55%、70%,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NF-κB p65的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。EGFR表达与OSCC组织学分型有关(P<0.05)。NF-κB p65与EGFR在OLP中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。NF-κB p65、EGF和EGFR在OSCC中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB p65、EGF和EGFR蛋白的表达在OLP向OSCC的转变中作为OSCC早期诊断的客观指标之一。
Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of nuclear factor kappa B p65(NF-κB p65),epidermal growth factor(EGF)and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in oral lichen planus(OLP)and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The immunohistochemical technique with SP method was used to detect the expression of NF-κB p65,EGF and EGFR of oral mucosa in 20 cases of normal oral mucosa(NOM)tissue,20 cases of OLP tissue,and 20 cases of OSCC tissue.Results The expression rates f NF-κB p65 protein in NOM,OLP and OSCC were 10%,65% and 75%respectively,the difference among3 groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The expression rates of EGF in NOM,OLP and OSCC were 25%,45% and 65%respectively,the difference among 3groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The expression rates of EGFR in NOM,OLP and OSCC were 20%,55% and 70% respectively,the difference among 3groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The NF-κB p65 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05).The EGFR expression was correlated with the histological grades(P〈0.05).There was a positive correlation between expression of NF-κB p65 and EGFR in OLP(P〈0.05).There was a positive correlation between NF-κB p65 and EGF with EGFR in OSCC(P〈0.05).Conclusion NF-κB p65,EGF and EGFR might be one of the objective indicators of the early diagnosis of OSCC.
