Analysis on Construction Requirements of Intelligent Household in Industrialized Residences

从工业化住宅中家居智能化系统一体化设计着手,阐述其建设原则、实用性、合理性、经济性和协同性,梳理分析系统的总体构成和技术要点,有针对性地提出标准化建设的分级模式,从而有效避免智能化系统的重复建设,减少智能化设备的维修和更换数量,实现真正意义上的工业化建造。

From the perspective of the integration design of intelligent household system in industrialized residences, this paper presents the eonstnJction principles, practicality, reasonability, economy and synergy of the intelligent household system, sorts out and analyzes the overall composition and technical points of the system and proposes grading modes for standardized construction to effectively prevent redundant construction of the intelligent system and minimize maintenance and replacement of the intelligent equipmemt so as to realize industrialized construction in a real sense.
