摘要
着眼于知识在指挥控制中的作用机理,以提升军队指挥控制系统智能决策的科学性、智能化和适应性为目标,设计基于知识的指挥控制系统智能决策框架结构,采用基于本体的知识表示技术构建决策任务空间知识体系,研究面向情景空间的智能化知识服务技术,提出基于产生式规则的指挥实体静态决策推理模型和基于动态贝叶斯网的动态决策推理模型,旨在为未来我军智能化指挥控制系统的论证和建设提供理论与技术准备。
Focusing on knowledge in command and control mechanism,in order to enhance the military command and control system's intelligent decision scientificity,intelligent and adaptability,the paper designs the intelligent decision frame structure of command and control system based on knowledge,which constructs decision task space knowledge system by using ontology based knowledge representation technology. And then this paper researches on intelligent knowledge service technology based on scene space,and proposes two inference models——based on production rules of command entity static decision inference model and based on dynamic Bayesian network in dynamic decision inference model,to provide theoretical and technical preparations for the demonstration of the system and the construction of our army intelligence command and control in the future.
