郁金茎叶提取物抑杀植物病原真菌活性研究与GC/MS分析 被引量:3

Antifugal activity and GC/MS analysis of extracts fromCurcuma phaeocaulis stems and leaves against plant pathogenic fungi

摘要 为探究郁金茎叶提取物抑制植物病原真菌抑制效果及活性成分,以95%乙醇浸提的浸膏依次用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇萃取,比较其抑菌活性.并采用GC/MS分析郁金茎叶正己烷萃取物和醇提物的化学组分.结果表明:醇提物与正己烷萃取物对小麦赤霉菌、油菜菌核菌、山葵墨入菌和辣椒灰霉菌均有较强抑制效果;正己烷萃取得率最高(64.68%)、抑菌活性最强;GC/MS分析结果显示正己烷萃取物中的11种成分含量增加,其中莪术烯醇(curcumenol)的含量最高(24.46%),其次是棕榈酸甲酯(hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester;13.84%);醇提物含28种化合物,正己烷萃取物含23种化合物. The ethanol extractum of the stems and leaves from C. phaeocaulis had been prepared, then it was not only extracted by n-Hexane, ethylacetate, and methanol, but also the ethanol and n-Hexane extracts were chemically analyzed by GC/MS. Results indicated that both the ethanol and n-Hexane extracts showed well an- tifungal activities against pathogenic fungi including Fusarlum graminearum , Phoma wasabiae , Sclerotinia scle-rotiorum and Botrytis cinerea. Relative antifungal activities of three extracts, were compared and the yield of n- Hexane was 64.68 %, higher than those of others while its antifungal actiyity was also the highest. The GC/MS results showed that there were 11 components increased and the highest components were curcumenol (24.46%) and hexadecanoic acid, methyl ester (13.84%) in n-Hexane extract. There were 28 components in ethanol extractum and 23 ones in n-Hexane extractum identified by GC/MS analysis.
