摘要 由化学屏障、机械屏障、生物屏障和免疫屏障共同构成的肠黏膜屏障在防止细菌和抗原等有害物质入侵以及维持肠道营养吸收等过程中起重要作用。而同样具有多种类型的黏蛋白是一类广泛存在于各个组织和器官中的高相对分子质量、高度糖基化修饰的蛋白家族。了解黏蛋白与肠黏膜屏障的关系,将有助于了解肠道内复杂详尽的病理生理学机制,为肠黏膜相关疾病的治疗寻找新的思路和方法。 The intestinal mucosal barrier, which is composed of chemical barrier, mechanical barrier, biological barrier and immune barrier, plays an important role in preventing the invasion of bacteria and antigens and other harmful substances. And it also has a variety of types of mucin, which is a kind of high molecular weight protein in various tissues and organs of the highly glycosylated protein family. Learning the relationship between mucins and intestinal mucosa barrier will contribute to the understanding of the detailed complex pathophysiology in intestine, and looking for new ideas and methods for the treatment of intestinal mucosa related diseases.
