热毒宁联合小儿氨基酸注射液对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿肌酸激酶同工酶的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探究热毒宁联合小儿氨基酸注射液对轮状病毒性肠炎患儿肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的影响。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月武汉市第九医院收治的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿100例,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组进行常规治疗加用热毒宁0.6 m L/(kg·d),混合入5%葡萄糖注射液,静脉滴注;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用6%的小儿氛基酸治疗10 m L/(kg·d)。3~5 d为1个治疗周期,治疗期间观察两组患儿退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间和总病程,同时检测患儿血液CK-MB水平。结果观察组患者退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间、总病程显著短于对照组[(1.75±0.54)d比(2.46±0.36)d、(1.94±0.17)d比(2.64±0.43)d、(2.76±0.65)d比(4.42±0.45)d、(5.13±0.56)d比(6.79±0.67)d](P<0.05)。两组治疗后1、3 d CK-MB水平均较治疗前呈上升趋势,观察组上升速度更慢,两组在组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合小儿氨基酸治疗轮状病毒性肠炎,能有效改善患儿T淋巴细胞亚群以及CK-MB水平,有助于改善患儿病情,缩短治疗周期。 Objective To explore the effects of Reduning combined with pediatric amino acid compound injection on rotavirus enteritis creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB). Methods From May 2013 to May 2015,100 children with rotavirus enteritis in Wuhan Ninth Hospital were included in the study and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number method,50 cases each. The control group was given conventional treatment combined with Reduning 0. 6 mL/( kg · d), mixed with 5 % glucose injection, by intravenous drip;observation group was added with 6% amino acid treatment 10 mL/( kg · d) based on the control group's treatment. With 3 to 5 d as a treatment cycle, the fever time, antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time and the total duration of the treatment period of the two groups were observed, and the blood creatine kinase (CK-MB) was detected. Results The defervescence time, antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time, total duration of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group [ ( 1.75 ± 0. 54) d vs (2.46 ±0.36) d,(1.94±0. 17) d vs (2.64 ±0.43) d, (2.76 ±0.65) d vs (4.42 ±0.45) d, (5.13 ±0.56) d vs (6. 79 ±0.67) d] (P 〈0. 05). After 1,3 d of treatment,CK-MB of two groups increased than before treatment,the observation group increased more slowly, and the differences between groups, time points, group time points were statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Reduning combined with pediatric amino acid treatment of rotavirus enteritis, can effectively improve the T lymphocyte subsets and creatine kinase level of the patients, improve the disease condition and shorten the treatment cycle for the patients.
