基于人际关系管理理论的全域整合交际模式研究

A Study of Overall Domain Integrated Communicative Model Based on Rapport Management Theory

人际关系管理理论关注人际交往中的面子和权势,但并没有提出明确的交际模式。文章从该理论的内容入手,为交际者提出了旨在维护人际关系和谐的全域整合交际模式,并针对内容的五个域方面,为交际者逆向提供了该模式的实现形式,进一步探讨了该模式使用时应考虑的要点以及该模式运用的社会、心理因素。

Rapport management theory focuses on face and sociality rights, but it fails to propose clear communicative models. This paper proposes a communicative model for communicators aimed at maintaining a harmonious relationship, the overall domain integrated model from its content perspective, and explores various forms for realizing this model based on all the five domains, and further discusses some key points as well as social and psychological factors when we use it.
