Construction of Teachers' Morality from the Perspective of Jurisprudence

摘要 一个民族的道德水准与科学技术水平是决定一个民族命运的两大重要因素,师德水准的状况如何又决定着一个民族的道德水准与科学技术水平的高低,因此可以说,师德决定民族命运。而师德建设可以从内部建构与外部建构两个方面达成。文章以法理学为视角对其进行了分析讨论。 The moral standard and the level of science and technology are two important factors that the fate of a nation depends on, while the levels of the morality and the science and technology depend on the teachers" morality level. Therefore, the teachers" morality decides the fate of the nation. In this paper, the construction of teachers" morality is expounded from the perspective of jurisprudence and it is pointed out that we should focus on both the internal and external construction of teachers" morality.
