铝基矩形微通道表面能的实验研究

摘要 换热材料的表面特性对换热性能有较大的影响,低表面能特性对材料的强化传热有很好的提升作用。文中采用JY-82A视频接触角测定仪测量去离子水、乙二醇、甲酰胺3种不同测试液在铝基矩形微通道内侧表面及外表面所形成的接触角,基于Thomas Young理论计算不同基准液在铝基矩形微通道内侧表面及外表面的表面能,为后序研究制冷剂在微通道内的沸腾传热提供理论依据。实验研究得出:铝基矩形微通道内侧表面能在5.6×10~6—6.6×10~6J/m^2之间,外表面表面能为11.2×10~6J/m^2,通过线切割加工的铝基微通道内侧表面的表面能比外表面的表面能低45.8%;铝基矩形微通道的表面能属于低表面能范畴,有利于制冷剂的强化传热。 The surface characteristics of heat transfer materials have significant effect on the heat transfer performance,and the material characteristic of low surface energy has very good promotion effect on heat transfer enhancement. The present study measures the contact angle of the medial and exterior surface of aluminum rectangular microchannel using JY-82 A Video Contact Angle Meter,which is formed by three difference test liquids of Deionized water,Ethylene glycol and Formamide,respectively. Based on the theory of Young' s,the surface energy of the medial and exterior surface were calculated which can provide theoretical basis for the study about heat transfer performance of refrigerant in aluminum rectangular microchannel. The result shows that the surface energy of medial surface is between 5. 6 × 10~6 J / m^2 to 6. 6 × 106 J / m^2,exterior surface is 11. 2 × 10~6 J / m^2,respectively.The surface energy of the medial surface processing by wire-cutting decreases by 45. 8% comparing to the surface energy of the aluminum rectangular microchannel exterior surface. The surface energy of aluminum rectangular microchannel belongs to the category of low surface energy which is a great help to heat transfer performance of refrigerant in aluminum rectangular microchannel.
