摘要
为了降低装置能耗,改善产品品质,对中国石油锦西石化公司20 000 m^3/h干气制氢装置在45%,65%,95%负荷时的生产运行状况进行了对比并分析了操作波动原因。结果表明:通过采取降低加氢反应器入口温度,提高转化炉水碳比,控制甲烷化反应器入口温度及粗氢中CO,CO_2的含量等一系列优化措施后,装置可长周期运行,在95%负荷时能耗为956.78 kg/t(以标准油计),比45%,65%负荷时,分别降低了25.40,33.84 kg/t。
In order to decrease energy consumption of unit, improve qualities of products, the operation conditions of 20 000 m3/h hydrogen prepared by dry gas unit, at the loads of 45% ,65% ,95% , was compared and reasons of operation fluctuation were analyzed,in Jinxi Petrochemical Company , PetroChina. The results showed that the optimized measures were taken, including decreasing inlet tem- perature of hydrogenation reactor,increasing water tocarbon ( molar ratio ) of reformer, controlling inlet temperature of methanator and CO and CO2 contents of crude hydrogen and so on. After the optimized measures being taken,the unit could run for a long period of time, and the energy consumption at 95% load was 956.78 kg/t, compared with 45% , 65% loads,which lowered by 25.40,33.84 kg/t.
