摘要
介绍了中国石油辽阳石化公司200万t/a加氢精制装置通过采取调整常减压装置原料性质和加氢精制装置操作参数及工艺流程的措施,试生产满足3#喷气燃料质量指标的航空煤油。结果表明:在入口温度为305℃,分馏塔底温度为230℃,分馏塔顶温度为82℃的条件下,试生产出的航空煤油满足3#喷气燃料质量指标。
The tions of aviation k several erosene indicators were introduced measures for trial producmeeting 3# jet fuel quality ,including adjusting properties of raw materials in atmospheric unit and operating parameters and and vacuum technological processes of hydrorefining unit in a 2 Mt/a hydrofining unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, Pet-roChina. The results showed that under the conditions of inlet temperature 305 ℃, fractionating tower bottom temperature 230℃, fractionating tower top temperature 82 ℃ , trial produced aviation kerosene met 3# jet fuel quality indicators.
