破碎激光辐照材料的数值仿真软件研发

Development of numerical simulation software for broken laser irradiation materials

摘要 基于有限元分析方法,建立长脉冲激光辐照材料的三维轴对称数值仿真模型,然后通过对破碎激光光斑的网格剖分来获取有限元的激光数据。为了对比分析材料分别在实际和理想高斯激光下的瞬态温度场和热应力分布差异,来研究复杂传播环境对激光加工的影响,通过该仿真模型,用Java语言研发了激光与物质相互作用的数值仿真软件。 Based on the finite element analysis method, three-dimensional axisymmetric numerical simulation model of long pulse laser irradiation materials was established, and then finite element laser data were obtained through the mesh dissection of broken laser speckle. Transient temperature field and thermal stress distribution of materials were analyzed respectively in the actual and ideal Gauss laser. Based on this, the influence of the complex propagation en-vironment on laser processing was studied. Through the simulation model, numerical simulation software of interaction between laser and material was developed with the Java language,
