发电机定子槽楔移动原因分析及处理 被引量:4

摘要 大型发电机在长期的运行过程中,定子线棒承受着相当大的电磁力,定子槽楔在机械应力作用下就可能会发生槽楔移动或松动现象。槽楔移动或松动可能导致定子线棒松动,使得定子线棒在运行时振动加剧,致使定子线棒表面发生机械磨损和槽内放电,在电腐蚀的作用下破坏发电机定子主绝缘,严重威胁发电机的安全稳定运行;本文对惠州蓄能水电厂4号发电机定子槽楔移动的原因进行了分析,简述了惠州蓄能水电厂4号发电机槽楔的处理方法及过程,为其他同类型机组的定子槽楔处理提供参考。
