摘要
目的了解部队医务人员对战救技术的掌握程度,为战救训练模式的建立提供依据。方法对医院野战医疗所预任医务人员和医疗体系内陆军2个旅、1个团单位的基层卫生士官180名进行战伤急救训练、急救用品、战救知识等内容的问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷165份。未参加过战伤急救训练的比例高达11.5%,知道三角巾品名的占64.8%,但知道其用途的仅51.1%。不同类别、不同专业、不同来源地、不同学历人员对战伤急救技术知识知晓程度掌握水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同服役年限人员战伤急救技术知识知晓程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应落实卫生人员培训,列装战救训练器材,建立训练评估体系,加速战伤急救理论研究,以提高医务人员对战伤急救基本知识知晓率。
Objective To investigate condition of understanding basic first-aid knowledge for war wounds in troop medical staff so as to provide basis for establishment of battle and rescue training mode. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed for 180 medical numbers from field medical hospitals, primary-level petty officers from clinic in medical systems, which included battle and rescue training, first-aid outfit, battle and rescue knowledge, etc. Results There were 165 valid questionnaires, and 11.5% members did not participate in battle and rescue training. A total of 64.8% members known triangular bandage, but only 51.5% members among them known how to use it. There were sig- nificant differences in understanding degree about knowledge for battle and rescue among members with different categories, majors, source and education (P 〈 0. 05). There were no significant differences in understanding degree about knowledge for battle and rescue among members with different service time. Conclusion Training for medical staff should be implemented, and battle and rescue training equipment should be equipped, training evaluation system should be established, and theory research for battle and rescue should be accelerated in order to improve understand rate of basic first-aid knowledge for war wounds in medical staff.
