复方丹参滴丸干预阿司匹林抵抗的临床效果

Clinical Analysis of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill in the Treatment of Aspirin Resistance

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸干预阿司匹林抵抗的临床效果。方法将2014年6月至2015年6月阿司匹林抵抗及半敏感60例患者完全随机均分为3组。复方丹参滴丸组单独服用复方丹参滴丸,阿司匹林组给予阿司匹林,阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸组各个药物用量与单独组药物药量一致。两周后进行血小板聚集率评估。结果阿司匹林联合复方丹参滴丸组:二磷酸腺苷与花生四烯酸诱导的血小板聚集率干预前分别为(70.62±6.56)%与(24.13±6.47)%,干预后分别为(60.32±7.28)%与(12.24±3.56)%;复方丹参滴丸组:干预前为(71.70±12.10)%与(24.32±18.11)%,干预后为(66.37±6.21)%与(17.59±9.71)%,两组干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阿司匹林组:干预前为(73.85±6.37)%与(22.12±6.85)%,干预后为(74.17±5.34)%与(23.30±4.72)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸干预阿司匹林抵抗的临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on aspirin resistance. Methods Between 2015 June and 2014 June,60 patients with aspirin resistance were randomly divided into three groups in our hospital.Compound Danshen Pill group taking Compound Danshen dripping pills,the number of 10 pills,3 times a day.Aspirin group was given aspirin,100 mg.Aspirin and Compound Danshen dripping pill group patients each drug dosage and drug alone group.After two weeks,the platelet aggregation rate of the patients was reviewed. Results Aspirin and Compound Danshen Dripping Pill group and diphosphate adenosine and arachidonic acid induced platelet aggregation rate before and after the intervention were（70.62＋6.56）% and（60.32＋7.28）%,（24.13＋6.47）% and（12.24＋3.56）% administered alone Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in patients undergoing intervention and diphosphate adenosine and arachidonic acid induced platelet aggregation rate changes before and after the intervention respectively（71.70＋12.10）% and（66.37＋6.21）%,（24.32＋18.11）% and（17.59＋9.71）%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.But the groups of patients treated with aspirin alone and diphosphate adenosine and arachidonic acid induced platelet aggregation rate before and after the intervention were（73.85＋6.37）% and（74.17＋5.34）%,（22.12＋6.85）% and（2.33＋4.72）%,no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on aspirin resistance.
