精准医学是随着基因组测序技术的快速进步以及生物信息与大数据科学的交叉应用而发展起来的新型医疗模式。通过分析患者的组学信息和系统生物学信息，精确寻找疾病病因和治疗靶点。本文旨在对精准肾脏病学做一简要阐述，并探讨其对我国肾脏病学发展的启示。

With the rapid progress of genome sequencing technology and the cross mation and big data science, the precision medicine as a new medical model has emerged application of biology infor . Precision medicine aims to find the accurate cause of an individual patient＇s disease at the molecular level and then select targeted treatments, based on OMICS data and systems biology. In this review, we made a brief introduction of precision nephrology, and discussed the implications of precision medicine to the development of nephrology in China.
