波前像差引导飞秒激光LASIK治疗近视患者的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析波前像差引导飞秒激光LASIK治疗近视患者的临床应用价值。方法选择近视治疗中心2015年1—5月收治的85例(170眼)近视患者作为观察对象,分为试验组45例(90眼)和对照组40例(80眼)。试验组应用波前像差引导飞秒激光LASIK治疗;对照组应用常规飞秒激光LASIK手术治疗。随访6个月,对比两组患者的疗效。结果随访结果发现,两组的裸眼视力(UCVA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的彗差低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论波前像差引导飞秒激光LASIK治疗近视对比常规手术能够在一定程度上降低彗差,改善术后视觉质量,但是对于提高裸眼视力无明显优势。
