心理护理在^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进中的效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing on ^(131) Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨心理护理在^(131)治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者中的效果。方法选择2016年1—6月在核医学科接受^(131)治疗甲状腺功能亢进的患者300例,随机均分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组增加心理护理,观察两组的焦虑程度、依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组的焦虑度明显低于对照组,而依从性及护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理运用于^(131)治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者的过程中,可以明显缓解患者的焦虑程度,提高患者治疗过程中的依从性,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing in the treatment of hyperthyroidism by ^131I. Methods 300 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism treated by ^131I from January to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the routine nursing was taken in control group,and the psychological nursing was increased in observation group,observed the patients＇ anxiety,compliance and nursing satisfaction in two groups. Results The anxiety of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the patients＇ compliance and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference has statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing in the treatment of hyperthyroidism by ^131I can significantly ease the anxiety,improve the compliance,and get higher nursing satisfaction. It is worth clinical promotion.
