摘要
目的探讨行为导向教学法用于临床实习前加强护理技能培训的效果。方法通过前瞻性随机对照研究,采用整群抽样选择2012级护理专业本科生80名为研究对象,按照随机数字表,将护生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40名。试验组在技能培训课中采用行为导向教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。对两组护生进行实践操作考核、并采用量表进行沟通能力、批判性思维能力、教学效果问卷调查。结果试验组实践操作得分高于对照组;沟通能力、批判性思维能力、关怀能力各项得分、均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论行为导向教学法的应用加强了对护生综合能力的培养,为进入临床实习打下了坚实的基础。
Objective To compare and analyze the quality relevant indexes after the impact of a application of action-oriented teaching in training nursing skill 's effect. Methods This study adopted a prospective,randomized,control method. A total trial of 80 undergraduate students were enrolled this study and divided into trial group (n=40) and control group (n=40) randomly. The trial group was applied action-oriented teaching while the control group was applied traditional teaching. After that,these students took skill examination, filled Watson-Glaser critical thinking appraisal and communication and questionnaires to evaluate their effects of the two teaching methods. Results The evaluation outcome of action-oriented teaching in the students was better than the traditional teaching. The scores of skill examinations,the WGCTA and communication of trial group were much higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The action-oriented teaching has more advantages than the traditional teaching in training nurse skills,such as improving the effect and quality of practice teaching, promoting the practice skills of nursing students,and enhancing the communication ability and critical thinking of nursing students.
