行为方式对心踝血管指数的影响

Study on the effect of behavior on cardio-ankle vascular index

目的探讨行为方式对心踝血管指数(CAVI)的影响,为心血管疾病(CVD)的预防提供科学依据。方法搜集382例体检对象的年龄、性别、身高、体质量、BMI、腰围、收缩压、舒张压、高血压患病状况等基本情况,饮食、吸烟、饮酒、坚持锻炼状况、精神紧张状况及熬夜状况等行为方式资料,检测CAVI,根据CAVI值将体检对象分为CAVI正常组(CAVI<9m/s)、CAVI异常组(CAVI≥9m/s),行一般情况比较,单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 CAVI正常组与异常组年龄,性别,收缩压,高血压患病、吸烟、坚持锻炼情况相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析得出,年龄和吸烟为CAVI异常的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.187(1.136~1.240)、3.845(1.836~8.052),P<0.01]。结论吸烟会增加CAVI异常的风险,并进一步促进动脉硬化和CVD的发展。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavior on cardio-ankle vascular index（CAVI）and provide scientific evidence for the prevention of cardiovascular disease（CVD）.Methods We collected information of age,gender,height,weight,body mass index（BMI）,waist,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hypertension history,diet,smoking,drinking,long-term exercise status,mental stress status and frequency of staying up late from 382 cases of physical examination,and detected CAVI,divided the whole objects into two groups by whether the CAVI value was normal or not,then compared the information of the two groups and applied single factor and Multiple logistic regression analysis to the two groups.Results The difference between the CAVI normal group and the CAVI abnormal group was statistically significant in age,gender,systolic blood pressure,hypertension history,smoking,long-term exercise status（P〈0.05）;multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age and smoking were the independent risk factors for abnormal CAVI,odds ratio（OR）and it′s 95% confidence interval（CI）were 1.187（1.136-1.240）and 3.845（1.836-8.052）respectively（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Smoking could increase the risk of abnormal CAVI,and further promote the development of atherosclerosis and CVD.
