摘要
建立了毛细管电泳测定维C银翘片中维生素C和扑热息痛的方法。采用55 cm(40 cm处检测窗口)×75μm i.d.熔融石英毛细管,选择pH=8.89的30 mmol·L^(-1)Na_2HPO_4-30 mmol·L^(-1)脱氧胆酸钠混合溶液作为缓冲溶液,分离电压为+20 k V,以二极管阵列检测器进行检测。结果表明维生素C和扑热息痛的测定线性范围都比较宽,回收率均大于97.6%,相对标准偏差均小于3.2%。方法操作简便、快速、样品消耗极少,能够用于维C银翘片中维生素C和扑热息痛的含量测定。
A novel and sensitive method was established for the determination of Vitamin C and Paraceta-mol in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets using Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)equipped with a photo-diodear-ray detector.The running buffer solution was 30 mmol·L-1 sodium hydrogen phosphate solution contai-ning 30 mmol·L-1 sodium deoxycholate (pH=8.89 ).The capillary column efficient length was 40 cm (i.d. 75 μm)with the separation voltage +20 kV.The result indicated that the peak area of Paraceta-mol and Vitamin C had a good linear relationship with their concentrations in a certain concentration range.The recoveries of both were more than 97.6%with RSDs less than 3.2%.CE method was simple and rapid in operation,sensitive and reliable in determination results with very little sample consumption, which can be used for the determination of Paracetamol and Vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets.
