摘要
为研究不同结构对真空输送机气固分离效率的影响,对真空输送机工作原理及气固分离过程进行阐述。运用EDEM软件对颗粒沉降性能进行虚拟试验,在颗粒速度一定的情况下,分析不同结构的气固分离效率。仿真结果表明:垂直进料的筒体结构,颗粒沉降缓慢;当入料方向与筒体相切时,颗粒运动轨迹较理想;带锥形分离罩的切线进料筒体结构的物料沉降速度最快。该研究为真空输送机的优化设计提供了参考。
The aim of this paper was to analyze the gas-solid separation efficiency of different vacuum conveyor structure, based on the theory of discrete element method. The DEM model of vacuum conveyor was established by the discrete element software EDEM and the numerical simulation of separating performance was carried out. On this basis, the optimization design of structural parameters of vacuum conveyor was conducted. The simulation results showed that the separating quantity of verticalfeeding structure was inefficient, and the particle trajectory of tangent-feeding structure was satisfactory. As the feeding direction was tangent to the barrel ,the separating quantity of cone-separator was the best. The results in this paper can provide the guid- ance and direction for the research of vacuum conveyor and its key parts.
