摘要 边梁式车架是大多数重型货车的主要承载结构。以某重型货车车架为研究对象,基于CATIA软件建立了车架的三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench软件开展了车架在各工况下的结构静力学分析和疲劳分析,得出了车架四种工况下的应力分布图和寿命曲线图,验证了车架的强度、刚度及可靠性,为后续的结构改进提供参考。 Edge beam frame is the main beating structure of most heavy-duty trucks. 3D model of the heavy-duty truck's frame was established based on CATIA. Its statics and fatigue analysis under various operating conditions were fulfilled based on ANSYS in the paper. These results of the stress distributions and the life curves verify the strength and the rigidity of the frame, and provide the basis for the subsequent structure improvement.
