脉冲频率对Ni/WC-Co纳米复合镀层性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Pulse Frequency on the Performances of Ni/WC-Co Nano-composite Coatings

摘要 采用电沉积法制备Ni/WC-Co纳米复合镀层。表征了Ni/WC-Co纳米复合镀层的表面形貌和结构,并测试了其硬度和耐蚀性。结果表明:随着脉冲频率的增大,Ni/WC-Co纳米复合镀层的平均晶粒尺寸减小,表面形貌更加均匀、细致,硬度提高,耐蚀性明显增强。 Ni/WC-Co nano-composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition. The surface morphology and structure of Ni/WC-Co nano-composite coatings were characterized, and the hardness and corrosion resistance were tested. Results showed that, with the increasing of pulse frequency, the average grain size of Ni/WC-Co nano-composite coating was decreased, and the surface morphology become more evenly and compact. Furthermore, the hardness was increased and the corrosion resistance was obviously improved.
