摘要
介绍了铝合金电镀碱性锌-钴合金工艺。碱性锌-钴合金镀液具有优良的分散能力、深镀能力及较高的电流效率。得到的镀层脆性小,钴的质量分数低,容易钝化。
Alkaline zinc-cobalt alloy plating process for aluminum alloy was introduced. Alkaline zinc-cobalt alloy plating solution has good dispersion power and throwing power, and high current efficiency. The brittleness of zinc-cobalt alloy coating was small, and the mass fraction of cobalt was low. The zinc-cobalt alloy coating was easy to passivate.
