摘要
通过制备镀覆层,对曲轴连杆轴颈进行表面改性。选取镀覆层的耐磨性作为指标,比较磷化膜、化学镀镍-磷合金镀层、镀铬层和镍-氧化铝纳米复合镀层对曲轴连杆轴颈的改性效果。结果表明:镍-氧化铝纳米复合镀层对曲轴连杆轴颈的改性效果最好,磷化膜对曲轴连杆轴颈的改性效果最差,镀铬层和化学镀镍-磷合金镀层对曲轴连杆轴颈的改性效果适中;复合镀镍-氧化铝纳米复合镀层的曲轴连杆轴颈的耐磨性最好。
Abstract: Surface modification of crankshaft rod journal was conducted through preparing coated layers. The modification effect of phosphating film, electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coating, chromium coating and nickel-alumina nano composite coating to crankshaft rod journal was compared taking the wear resistance of coated layer as an index. Results showed that the modification effect of nickel-alumina nano composite coating to crankshaft rod journal was the best, the modification effect of phosphating film to crankshaft rod journal was the worst, while the modification effect of chromium coating and electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy coating to crankshaft rod journal was the moderate. The crankshaft rod journal electroplated with nickel- alumina nano composite coating exhibit the best wear resistance.
