With the development of economic and social progress, the society has proposed higher requirements for education, so the talent training mode of vocational colleges must keep pace with the times, and give full consideration to the social need to make corresponding coordination, so as to cultivate more high quality applied talents for the society. Based on the perspective of college-enterprise cooperation, this paper will make an in-depth study on the integration of talent cultivation and employment in vocational colleges, in order to achieve the seamless connection betweentalent training and employment needs.
