地方本科高校酒店管理专业中外合作办学的制约因素及优化途径

Chinese-Foreign Cooperation of Hotel Management in Local Universities: Influencing Factors and Wayout

高等教育国际化背景下,我国旅游业的蓬勃发展、经济新常态下的地方本科高校转型等,推动了地方本科院校酒店管理专业中外合作办学的产生。调查发现,该合作办学的质量受合作办学院校的资质和来源地、教师的实践能力和专业水平、课程设置的合理性与否、生源的素质和结构等因素制约。为保证其可持续发展,提升办学水平,应严遵引进优质教育资源原则,选择良好合作伙伴,完善教师队伍,合理设置课程体系,提高生源质量。

Under the background of internationalization of higher education, the vigorous development of tourism industry and the transformation of local universities promote the appearance of Chinese-foreign cooperation of hotel management in local uni-versities. The survey finds that the quality of Chinese-foreign higher education cooperation is restricted by the following factors, such as the qualification and district of cooperators, the practical ability and professional level of teachers, the rationality of the curriculum and the quality of students. Therefore, the key wayout is to choose a good cooperator, to insure teachers＇ professional development, to set up reasonable curriculum system and so on.
